We take our job very seriously and we care about our ART customers! If you feel your purchase is not right for you, please email artesolo919@gmail.com with your order number. We will then send you the return address and instructions.

return time:

Returned orders must be postmarked the same day within 14 days. It is especially important that the product is returned to us in perfect condition.

Refund:

Once the returned product is in good condition, we will process the refund. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund ( depending on the original method of payment ) to appear on your credit card or account.

Product Condition:

Please ensure that the returned product is unused and in its original packaging.

Exchange of orders:

We cannot exchange products directly. If you decide you need a different product, you can place a new order. Once your original order has been returned, we will process the refund.

Exception:

We are not responsible for any items lost in transit and recommend that you use tracked shipping when returning your order. Please note that shipping and import charges for the order are non-refundable.
